At Pine River Pewter we use 100% lead free pewter in all our products. We use a black patina on each piece to give better definition to the detail of each design. Each piece is then sealed with a light protective coating. Pewter will naturally dull with age, consistent use of your hardware will keep them from getting dull or a light polishing with a soft cloth will also work.

All knobs and pulls are cast with a brass insert to ensure against screws stripping. Screw size needed is 8-32 thread pattern. When mounting your new hardware, measure the thickness of your cabinet or drawer and then add 3/8" for your hardware. Screws are included with coat hooks and door knockers.

SHIPPING: Retail Orders

Orders under $100.00 will be shipped Priority Mail, all others will be shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements have been requested. Prices are for the 48 continental states. We will be happy to ship outside the continental US but shipping cost will be higher.

We will confirm your order by e-mail and let you know the shipping date.

PAYMENTS: Orders can be shipped COD, they can be prepaid by check or money order or we accept all major credit cards.

RETURNS: Pine River Pewter requires a phone call made to us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. At the time of the call, we will provide you with a return authorization code. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs and insurance. Customers will be refunded their entire purchase cost, excluding shipping. The merchandise must be unused and in good condition. Seven days after receipt, all sales are final.

CLAIMS: Any shortages or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise.
